Cayman GT4 Trophy by Manthey-Racing
The Cayman GT4 Trophy by Manthey-Racing, which will be held as part of the Nürburgring endurance series (formerly VLN), will enter its fifth season in 2020. The Cayman GT4 Trophy by Manthey-Racing has already scored in the past with exciting races and a balanced field of participants as well as high championship premiums. As already practiced in 2019, both the previous generation Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport (type 981) and the successor, the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport (type 982), will be eligible to start.
The regulations for the 2020 season provide for three classifications: in addition to an overall classification for drivers and teams there will also be an AM drivers`classification this year. The corresponding framework conditions for the classification into PRO and AM drivers were determined by the Trophy managers and can be found in the DMSB´s framework tender for the Cayman GT4 Trophy by Manthey-Racing 2020.
In addition, drivers who are in possession of the DMSB-Nordschleife permit B have the opportunity to obtain their A permit with the Cayman GT4 Clubsport (type 981) as a performance-reduced permit B vehicle. The accompanying technical and parts support is available to the teams during the racing events and off the track. Both established teams and beginners will find the perfect contact point for an exciting and successful racing season in the Cayman GT4 Trophy by Manthey-Racing.
