New Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR PRO with "Rotor" livery
Manthey-Racing has modified the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup for endurance racing. The new Porsche 911 GT3 CUP MR PRO is the further development of the CUP MR with endurance-specific adjustments. The car has a modified aerodynamics package with greater overall downforce. Together with the newly-developed ABS system, with twelve possible configurations, this makes the car more suited to driving over long distances and increases braking performance.
Visually, the car features air vents on the fenders and in the bonnet, as well as xenon headlamps with programmable LED spots. A large number of elements, including the front bumper, bonnet, fenders, side sills, engine cover and rear wing are made of carbon. These modifications make the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR PRO the ideal model for endurance racing. The race car comes with a 4-litre, six-cylinder Boxer engine and the latest racing technology as standard. Manthey-Racing also offers various endurance-specific accessories as options.
The spectacular colour scheme of the new Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR PRO also ensured the car attracted plenty of attention at its launch. Christened "Rotor" - a combination of the German words for red (rot) and orange (orange) - the car is reminiscent of its big brother “Grello” (green + yellow). The Porsche 911 GT3 R named “Grello” has become widely recognised, thanks to the amount of success it has enjoyed on the Nordschleife.
As well as the classic use at track days, the 911 GT3 Cup MR PRO is also right at home racing in various national and international endurance races.
